We are Thai customers but we were not welcomed well. We arrived at the check-in point and were the first customers in line. However, the female staff called the foreign customers behind us to go first. We were in line correctly. It was very incorrect.

I booked a Superior Twin Room. The room was clean and had air conditioning. However, there were no slippers or additional amenities provided—only shampoo, body wash, soap, and a shower cap were available. I asked the front desk for the toothbrush and was informed that these items are not included for the Superior Twin Room. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful.
