房間景觀真的絕了，沒有比這個更好的位置了，泡着温泉，看着富士山特別好，舒服的不得了！唯一不足的是廁所臭的要命，一股尿騷味，也不會日語，就懶得説了，忍忍就算了

服務態度差
公共温泉一堆小童在那邊撲哧。無語了。就看他們澡都不先洗先去池子裏。整個酒店都是國人和台灣人。性價比極低！第二晚去秀峯閣住好多了。聽説3月還出了****事件，也真是雷人，避雷避雷！

免費接送車服務太貼心，省去了我諸多出行煩惱，輕鬆來回於酒店與周邊景點之間。
早餐更是一大亮點，精緻的擺盤、豐富的品類，每一口都是對味蕾的極致寵愛，為美好的一天注入滿滿能量。

臨近紀念日才匆忙決定來日本玩一下，剛好刷到產屋還有空房，於是就定下了！
房間裏就能很好觀賞到富士山，坐在窗邊發呆也很幸福！早餐也蠻好吃的～紀念日的緣故，酒店還準備了祝賀禮物，給我們拍了照片，非常感謝！
酒店所在的地理位置挺不錯，離河口湖站不遠，可以選擇做r-line或者下午三點之後酒店會有班車來接。退房的話上午也有車送到河口湖站，最晚一班上午十一點。

The hotel has the most stunning view of Mount Fuji and amazing rooms. However, compared to other hotels at similar price, the service was mediocre. Would like to see the service improved.
