酒店房間很新很乾淨, 前台工作人員很有禮貌,服務很好,早餐選擇都可以,味道不錯, 大堂亦有很多日用品可隨便拿取使用,非常方便,下次去旅行會再入住

Отличное пасположение, близко от двух линий метро, тихо. До Дотонбори 10 мин пешком. Брали твин с увеличенной площадью - очень комфортно. Отличные завтраки. Можно взять в аренду различные приспособления, но то что было нужно нам было занято.

距離電車站不遠，到心齋橋parco也是步行距離，辦理入住和退房都很快速，一樓有洗漱備品可以自取，出門左轉有711

到目前為止，這家酒店是最奇葩的一家了！ 首先，我在攜程上提前1個月左右預訂的這家酒店，價格大約600元（人民幣）多，到了入住的這天，攜程上的價格衹有¥400元左右，差價有點大呀！ 這個也就算了，入住的房間沒有一個免費飲用的瓶裝水，需要到外面的飲水機裏裝！，被子是有一個很大的口子，晚上睡覺一不小心腳就套進這個口子裏！竟然房間裏不提供咖啡，即使是一次性沖泡的咖啡都沒有！ 去問前台，居然説我們600多訂的房間就是不提供的，我説到現在我在日本居住的酒店有十幾家，你們是唯一一家不提供咖啡的。櫃枱服務員態度冰冷和我説：你預訂的房間不提供咖啡服務的。要麼你到咖啡機上買，要麼你就升級房間！態度很不友好，沒有任何一句禮貌用語！我有點不是很能理解，難道這家酒店的服務就這個水準？！
