Great location, surrounded by all the shops and eateries in Shibuya. Station is just a short walk.
If you get lost trying to locate the hotel from the station, just look for the BIC Camera building it'll be a few steps after it.
Room is a bit small but I managed for a solo person with a carry on and medium suitcase. You may struggle if you have a clam shell type suitcase.
There's a water dispenser on each floor. Free snacks, drinks and board games 6pm-10pm. Housekeeping isn't done every day but you can request it be done or just replace the towels and clear the bins.
Staff were friendly. They let me use their scale since my handheld one wasn't working properly.

The room was very good. Although it was right next to the railway, the soundproofing was very good. The noise from the train was not loud. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would choose it again next time. It is only 20 meters away from the Tokyo subway exit. It is very close and has convenient transportation.

Smooth check-in, quite convenient to Shibuya train station but is quite hard to find the hotel as not very prominent on first arrival.
